Latte Anyone?
I love the sketch over at Sketch Saturday this week...
so I rotated it and here is the card I came up with! Papers, stamps and boarder punch are all the result of Ally Pally at the weekend!
Sporty!

A very quick make...
Birthday Beer!
I needed some male cards for my card basket so I used this week's Mojo Monday sketch...
...and came up with this. For some reason I struggled a bit with this sketch, clearly I should have looked at the DT cards first!

70 & 80 years young!
I had a card commission to make two cards, one for a male turning 80 and one for a lady turning 70. I thought I would use this week's Papertake Weekly sketch...
whereas I rotated the sketch for this one and didn't quite follow it. The card was inspired by it though! I've used the new Itty Bitty Buds hostess set from the new catalogue for this one

My Favourite Colours
Yet another card combining 2 challenges in one! This week Our Creative Corner had a yummy colour combo challenge of light pink, hot pink, white & chocolate chip, which as you can tell from the title are my favourite colours, so I mixed it with this week's Sketch Saturday sketch...
...and this was my creation! I used my favourite stamp set 'Crazy for Cupcakes' so it was a card made with many favourites!
Thanks for looking x

Friday Sketchers
A bit of a different sketch this week over at Friday Sketchers...
...and this is what I came up with! It is a bit out of my comfort zone but I actually quite like it! What do you think?

Two challenges in one (again!)
I used this week's Papertake Weekly sketch...
...and mixed it with Charisma Cardz' challenge which this week is...can anybody guess? Patchwork! I used the most patchworky background paper I could find and also used my most patchworky stamp and this is what I came up with...
The paper was so busy I didn't want to add any extra embellishments to the card for fearing it would be too busy but kinda wishing I had now!
Sketch Saturday DT Call
Well after a few fabulous days in Portugal I am back all refreshed and to top it all off Sketch Saturday have a DT call which I am hoping to be considered for! Sketch Saturday is my absolutely favourite sketch challenge out there in blogland and it would be really fab to be considered. Here is the sketch...
...and here is my card! I just hope it is good enough!
Wish me luck everyone!

Fairies!
I have been looking for an excuse to use my new Fairy Princess stamp and the challenge over at Papertake Weekly gave me just the opportunity! I used the sketch over at Truly Scrumptious for inspiration. Here is the sketch...
...and here is my card! Very girly and I know just the little girl to give it too, shame her birthday isn't until January!
...and (very exciting) Truly Scrumptious have a Guest Designer slot which I'm hoping to be considered for! Fingers crossed!

Sunflowers?
Well I feel that I have been a bit of a bad blogger recently...I've had sooooooo much on, work is a bit mad, and then there was my class this weekend to prepare for and if that wasn't enough I hosted a shoe box swap this weekend too! (photos to follow) A LOT of preparation was needed for those two things so there has been little time for anything else but I am back today with a vengeance! I have made about 10 cards today!
Here is the Sketch and Stash challenge sketch...
...combined with the 'Sunflowers' challenge over on Daring Cardmakers. Sunflowers? I wasn't sure where to start with that one so I raided my stash for some goodies and here is what I came up with...
My neglected stash item is pretty much everything on this card! The flowers for one but most especially the glittery yellow flowers background paper which I have had for years but never found a use for!
