We have a colour combo on offer over at the Simply Stampin' Challenge this week:

I had no idea what to do with these colours at first but I am super pleased with the way my card turned out! Here is my DT entry:

Tri-Shutter card

I thought I'd have a go at one of these tri-shutter cards - they look really complicated but really they are quite easy!


I also thought I'd dust off my 'Because I Care' stamp set which I've had for a while but not got around to using yet

I went for mega bright colours which is very unusual for me but I'm getting into the summer spirit!

I am actually quite pleased with the result, I may have to use these colours more often!

Simply Stampin' Challenge #3 Easter

This week it is an Easter theme over at the Simply Stampin' Challenge so I thought I'd have a go at a few little Easter Baskets


I've filled them all with yummy treats but who shall I give them to?


I think Ben might eat them all before Easter as he has already spotted them in my craft room!!


This one is a bit special as I had a go at weaving which was more difficult that I thought!

Get Well Wishes

This is a little card to say a big 'Get Well Soon' to a member of my craft club who went in for a knee operation that hit her quite hard

In the Pink of Things!

I've been getting Scrappy recently and am currently scrapbooking my honeymoon which was last year. We went to Kenya on Safari ad also spent some time in the Seychelles

This is a scrapbook page of Lake Nakuru in Kenya which is famous for its flamingos

Note Cards

I thought I'd dust off some stamp sets that I hadn't used for a while so have gone for Garden Whimsy and Confetti, both of which I think are really lovely

This little box is just the right size to hold 4x4 notelet cards and I intend to fill it with a few of those which will create a really lovely gift for someone
