What I made at Siobhan's Card Class

The lovely Siobhan held another of her fab card classes on Saturday and this is what I made this time...

They were all made using the Pick a Petal stamp set which is a set I've never quite known how to use! I do now!

Papertake Weekly Challenge

Well what a lovely day today was...Siobhan's card class this morning (I'll post a photo later) and wedding dress shopping this afternoon - what fun! I found three lovely dresses and have decided I'll have all three, so there'll just have to be a few costume changes on the day! Only joking - somehow I'm going to have to decide on one :o(

Anyway, on to this week's Papertake Weekly Challenge. This is the sketch...

...and this is my card. I needed a manly one so this just about does it. I actually started this card on Tuesday and have only got around to finishing it!

...and my card. I decided to embrace the Certainly Celery and So Saffron colour scheme that is all the rage at the moment due to August's Stampin' Up! ribbon offer - it works really well!

Project Tuesday meets Mojo Monday

I have only just discovered Project Tuesday and I LOVE it! I really love making little 3D projects, something a little different from the usual card so Project Tuesday is right up my street! I made this cute little Gable box and decorated it based on this week's Mojo Monday sketch - what fun!

2 Sketches 4 You vs Stamp with Us online

Over at the Stamp with Us online classes, Monica set us a colour challenge last night - it was to use More Mustard together with purple, plus one other colour and the card had to have at least 4 layers. I modeled mine on the 2 Sketches 4 You sketch this week (although I changed it around a bit!)
