In the Pink of Things!

I've been getting Scrappy recently and am currently scrapbooking my honeymoon which was last year. We went to Kenya on Safari ad also spent some time in the Seychelles

This is a scrapbook page of Lake Nakuru in Kenya which is famous for its flamingos

It is a colour challenge this week over at Simply Stampin' Challenge: Very Vanilla, Wild Wasabi, Bravo Burgundy and Pink Pirouette and this is my Design Team entry for this week



I had a go here at a ribbon rosette which for a first attempt I'm quite pleased with!


and a close up of the journalling - a rare treat in my scrapbook pages, I never do any!

Ink: Bravo Burgundy
Cardstock: Bravo Burgundy, Pink Pirouette, Very Vanilla
DSP: Woodland Walk
Punches: Scallop Trim Border, Frame
Ribbon: Very Vanilla

    Well done Niki, I really need to start scrapbooking, all my honeymoon pictures are still on the computer, along with the wedding, and we're nearing 6 years now.....Love these colours. x
